Prawn niscoise topped Bauli crackers

This is a really quick and easy recipe and video we did for Bauli crackers. Sea salt crackers were used for this recipe as it compliments the dish perfectly.

Try it at home for a tasty snack or as an easy healthy lunch.

Serves: 4 people


As many Bauli sea salt or rosemary crackers as you fancy!

  • 200g prawns
  • 2 boiled eggs – chopped
  • Cherry tomatoes – quartered
  • Green beans – cooked and halved
  • 50g black olives – sliced
  • 3 tbsp french dressing
  • A handful of chopped chives


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Spoon on to the crackers and enjoy!
