Shooting safely – COVID-19 FAQs

Updated 9th November.

We’re open and operating safely.

We understand that there may be some questions around operating shoots in light of new restrictions around COVID-19, we’ve answered all of your questions about how we’re staying open and continuing to create great content. If you have any questions which we’ve not covered, get in touch.

I have a shoot booked in. Will it still be going ahead?
Yes all bookings are unaffected. We’ve got proven processes in place to ensure your shoot goes smoothly.
Can I attend a shoot in the studio?
Absolutely! We’ve plenty of space to maintain social distancing and procedures in place to make sure you and the team are safe. We do have a limit on the amount of people we can have in the studio at once, but we’ll do our best to accommodate. So that you know what to expect on your next visit, take a look at our processes at the studio here. Any of your team also have the option of dialling into the shoot remotely…
How do I join a shoot remotely?
We’re flexible. It depends on your personal preference. We’ve used Google Meet, Zoom, FaceTime, Microsoft Teams and even WhatsApp which have all run smoothly. Just let us know what you prefer.
Can you shoot on location?
Of course – we’re happy to bring the party to you. We’ll follow all the rules to ensure we’re COVID secure on site.
Will you source props for upcoming shoots?
We’ve got a large selection of props across both studios which is our go-to for any shoots but if we need to order, we recommend giving at least one week’s notice to be on the safe side due to the current situation.
