Shooting safely – COVID-19 FAQs

Updated 5th January.

We’re open and operating safely.

With new restrictions in place after the government’s announcement on 4th January, we understand that there may be some questions around how we’re operating shoots. With proven processes in place to keep everyone safe, our studios will stay open with remote working options in place. In a nutshell, there will be no change to how we’ve been operating since the first national lockdown. If you have any questions which we’ve not covered below, please get in touch.

I have a shoot booked in. Will it still be going ahead?
Yes all bookings are unaffected. We’ve got proven processes in place to ensure your shoot goes smoothly.
Can I attend a shoot in the studio?
We’ve plenty of space to maintain social distancing and procedures in place to make sure you and the team are safe. We do have a limit on the amount of people we can have in the studio at once, but we’ll do our best to accommodate. So that you know what to expect on your next visit, take a look at our processes at the studio here. We’re continuing to offer remote working so that you and your team can keep projects running from home. Any of your team have the option of dialling into the shoot remotely…
How do I join a shoot remotely?
We’re flexible. It depends on your personal preference. We’ve used Google Meet, Zoom, FaceTime, Microsoft Teams and even WhatsApp which have all run smoothly. Just let us know what you prefer.
Can you shoot on location?
We’re happy to bring the party to you. We’ll follow all the rules to ensure we’re COVID secure on site.
Will you source props for upcoming shoots?
We’ve got a large selection of props across both studios which is our go-to for any shoots but if we need to order, we recommend giving at least one week’s notice to be on the safe side due to the current situation.
